why I can't enter to lobbies?

Hey Admin, why can't I enter lobbies? I've been trying since yesterday but I can't enter any lobby with my account "Pes6stars"

WTH I never cheated I had 25-0-0 and 6 other wins not counted and 1 loss not counted too 

Come on that's not fair, just because I didn't lose doesn't mean I cheated lol
