    Describe what he made : Less than 5% of players have the ability, knowledge or skills to record game to prove that they have been cheated to. All cheaters like this one here, choosing players with bad rating, unprepared players, only to build they fake stats , ratings , knowing if something goes wrong, as in this case, they just quit of the match and stay clean, lossless .

    In this case must be accepted any proof for such activities , here in game status you can see what is going on with  the match, so you can not ignore. It houses the only way is to fight with cheaters. together . . .

    How he doing this?

    First he use VPN but all his games or 99 % of his games are vs fake profiles, nobody see him to play a single game in some of popular lobbies, he play vs himself. It's clean like a day.
    "You know, its hard to make good things. But Is it hard to make bad things?"

    he must be smart if he think nobody will cage him :)

    You can convert your large video with converter programs in low size. Its more simple than perversion with phone record :)
    And in future you can just set settings in your fraps program to more low quality and video will be good but very small  size :)

    i'll let the video explain everything but you should know that Mr.Assists is a dc cheater aslo and he has a black history here btw he had an account called Bale and he got banned i guess , im so sure of your fairness and its up to you anyways thanks alot
