Player/private chat

I love you guys and how you added groups after all these years without it since the original days.

But since adding groups, the player (private) chats dont work, just says he isn't on the server. I want to message someone but it's impossible to do now. Please try and add this back. IS there any reason it had to be removed when groups were added? If given a choice I'd still prefer to keep the player chat, as you can message friends who might be in game or afk.

You can try !playername message or /playername message

Can you explain what you face in the private chat so we can look into it.

Explain in pictures would be great too.

Hey Bob, it shows one on one chat will not be delivered to players not in the same lobby (yet the people are in the same lobby). Whether I use your /playername message or message them on their profile:

It always used to work for me in the past so maybe it's an issue I need to fix somehow?

Also did the new Groups feature have bugs or something? I see its been removed now, I'd joined a group and hoped to have group games soon :( It seemed to be working well for me, the groups chat was a cool feature too.

It's not removed 

You can try !playername message or /playername message in any other tab not in private/player tab and it will goes to him privately.

Ok thanks dude that worked! Seems groups are around but my group got deleted, oh well time to find a new one :D
