As you see, the problem is he don't have 12 finished match anymore.

My mistake return late, very late :/

Now I will delete his 12 match and give 1 match to you as 3-0 and do some changes on his winstreak :D

avira --> wnstrk : 9/90 to 0/78 --> wins : 114 to 102 = 12

But, for ban him need more strong reports. Currently only your report here in forum.
So, I will check logs and search for his disconnections for make winstrk / rank. When I find 1 match than I will ban him.
