Hello, As i said you can play with players having at least 1 bar in the box beside their name and match will be able to start without any issues and make sure your internet is stable while you are playing. Regards.

Strange things, Did you try to clear cache or try from another browser as this never happened for me, even box and buttons are all appearing instantly without any issues.

Hello, Their is no rule on server to prevent cut unless you guys are talking about it before match. Again we don't have any people we may stand on their side or anything. We don't ban for such this reasons, we only ban in case of Cheat or anything related to our gaming platform may affect it by harm. Topic closed.

Just type @dc command at the room chat when any kind of dc happened, detected or not detected it will still counted to your profile and his profile with the current result. This feature added from 2 weeks or more ago, how you still reporting dc cheaters. Anyway match added to your profile, please next time use @dc command to add the match result instantly to your profile for all kinds of DC happened, You only have 1 minute to type this command on room chat after the match counted as dc or not completed under anyway. You can simply use @dc command when anyone do a dc on the match, Even the server doesn't PM'ed you, you can use @dc command for all kinds of dc done.
