    Check if its forward to the right local ip address. Also check your firewall also some antiviruses may block that connection.

    Try to check your firewall, allow PES6 on it. also some antiviruses are not allow some games to be able to play on online mode so try to disable it before playing. also maybe you need to port forward this ports on your router in order to allow access on online mode Ports are UDP : 3658 and from 5730 to 5739 UDP also.

    You need to check your 0_text AFS files to be same as your default game patch or not. To obtain a default option file you can simply delete it, and create a new file. This appeared that you have a different patch. not only as an option file. Topic closed!
